Hi, we are Zurcir, and just like you, we always were looking for quality clothes that could show something unique and that could express a little bit about ourselves. We could not find them so we decided to make them ourselves.
That is how we were born more than four years ago, and during all this time we have been customizing the garment that represents us the best: Converse All Star.
Each one of our customizations are made with the utmost care and always with our customer in mind. We challenge ourselves every single day to make products that are not only similar but better than any other similar in the category all around the world.
Thanks to that, we regularly ship our products to such different places all over the world like Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, United States of America, United Kingdom, Sweden, Switzerland, Uruguay, among others.
Along this time, we have customized sneakers for many people, but always knowing that each one of them is unique. And just like that, we would love to customize something specially for you.

1. What kind of sneakers are used for the customizations?
We work with the classic white canvas All Star Converse, the exact models we use are M7650C, M7652C and 3J253C.
2. How do you customize them?
We use a technique called DTG.
3. What kind of images can you print on the shoes? Are there any limitations about the color?
We can customize almost any image, with a wide range of colors (except neon y metallic colors such as golden, silver, etc.) We can also do shadows, color gradient, etc.
4. Are there any specifications about the uploaded image?
You can upload an image in .JPEG or .PGN, the better the quality (size and resolution) of the image, the better the result. The best result can be achieved with a 300 dpi image and the size you need. The bare minimum is 1000x1000 pixels and a resolution of 100dpi.
5. What parts of the sneakers are customized?
We can customize three parts of each shoe. Both canvas sides of the shoes, as well as the tongue. We don’t customize the rubber parts, the interior, the sole, or any other part.
6. How can I place an order?
Just upload the image you would like to go on the shoes and place it at your convenience. Add it to the cart and place an order as any other online store. We will use the exact same file you upload and will go directly to your shoes (that is why it is important for the image to be as good as possible). After that, we will start customizing your shoes and will be ready in approximately 3 to 5 days. Immediately after that will be handled to the post office or DHL according to the shipping method you selected.
7. What is the estimated delivery time?
About 3 to 5 days
To any other country:
Standard Shipping (Post Office EMS): From 2 to 4 weeks.
Express Shipping (DHL): From 3 to 10 days.
8. Can a pair of shoes be sent so you could customize them?
Unfortunately no, we cannot provide that service right now.
9. Can the sneakers be washed?
Yes, you can wash them. Gentle cycle with no spin-dry; or you can wash them by hand with cold water and a soft sponge. Do not use brushes or abrasive products.
10. What are the payment options?
We try to bring you as many options as possible. You can complete your payment with PayPal, or using credit or debit cards from VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express, UnionPay, among others. We do not handle your information at any time, all transactions are handled by the Payment gateway CULQI which brings both our customers and us security in all of the money transactions. Fot purchases from Peru only, you can also make a deposit to our account in BCP (Banco de Credito del Perú).We try to bring you as many options as possible. 11. Is the shipping price included?
No, the shipping cost depends on the exact destination and on the shipping method you choose. You can verify the price at the checkout.
12. What about exchanges and returns?
Being a custom product (made to order), each product is customized especially for each customer with the design and the size selected. We cannot offer exchanges or returns. Please, before you place an order verify very carefully your “Converse” size. If you are not sure about your size in this particular brand and model, please try a pair at a local store.

Your privacy is important to us. You can visit this website without having to provide any personal data. During your visit you will remain anonymous and at no point we will be able to identify you unless you register and create an account with us, and log in with that account.
If you introduce any data, we will collect some information specially when needed to be able to identify your order and ship your products. We will not share with third parties any information you introduce in our website, unless we are required by law, or in case we need it to provide an adequate service. Zurcir only provide the custom service at customer request. The design is provided by each customer and this is whom takes full responsibility for its use. By uploading or sending the design to any of our communication mediums the customer declares that has the rights to use and reproduce it (them).
Zurcir reserves the right to refuse or reject any design at its entire discretion including, but not limited, to those designs that breaks the law or might be offensive.
The characteristics and details of our customizations are detailed on the description of the products and on the links that could take you to pages like “FAQ” or “How we do it”, and also we detail the restrictions. It is very important for you to review all the details given that those are an accurate representation of the finished product. The quality of the image (both resolution and size) must be according to the specifications so we can deliver the best product as possible. If and uploaded image is under the required quality you assume all responsibility, and the customization could be blurred of might pixelate.
When the customer requires a customization service, the same file the customer uploads will be use for the customization of the products. In no case Zurcir will be obligated, under any circumstances, to provide additional services such as graphic design or others.
If for any reason it is technically impossible for us to make your custom, we will contact you as soon as possible, to coordinate the return of your money, or make the exchange for a product that we can make.
In the event that, due to an error in the system, a product that we do not have stock is shown in our shop, we promise to make it available to you as soon as possible (which we will inform you), or offer you the refund of your money.
Zurcir will have the right to publish all the products that customizes. In case you don’t want your design to be published, just let us know by sending an email to us to firstname.lastname@example.org.

All the products bought on www.zurcir.com are ruled by the following delivery and shipping conditions:
All shipping information is provided by the customer and therefore his/her responsibility. All the extra efforts and costs that derive from the inaccuracy of the data will be assumed by the client.
The estimated delivery time and/or delivery deadlines will be counted from the validation of the payment. If for some reason the card issuing bank, or the payment gateway put the payment under any type of verification or review, the term will be counted from the moment the payment is validated.
Zurcir ships through logistics operators. As for delivery times, we are responsible only until the delivery of the product to the logistics operator. This delivery is made within 3 to 5 business days from validation of the payment. Logistics operators have established delivery times, in which Zurcir has placed its trust, if these deadlines exceeded those informed to customers, Zurcir will execute all possible efforts so that the product arrives as soon as possible to a destination, but will not be responsible for delays.
The customer expression of a date for which he/she expects the product will not imply in any case expression of cause in this contract, and won’t be bound by them. The delivery times are approximate so that, to reduce the risk of inconvenience, the order must be placed with due anticipation.
The estimated delivery times are as follows:
Standard shipping (post office): approximately 2 to 4 weeks.
Express delivery (DHL): approximately 3 to 10 days.
Shipments within Peru: approximately 3 to 5 business days.
The logistics operators we work with have coverage in most countries of the world. In the case of Peru, within Lima and provinces, but there are rural or urban destinations with very difficult access that won’t be able to make the delivery to. In case of international destinations that cannot be covered according to the chosen shipping method, the customer will be notified as soon as it is known by Zurcir, and an alternative delivery address will be requested or the order will be canceled.
The client, upon receiving the shipment, must verify that the package contains the product, that is in good condition and that it has the characteristics that he ordered. Otherwise, the client should not receive the product and should immediately contact Zurcir, since the signing of the proof of delivery implies the conformity of the product.
Exchanges or Returns
Being customized products, made only and exclusively for each client, with a specific image and in a specific size, we cannot accept changes or returns. These will only proceed in case of factory defects of the original product (shoe or customization) or when the custom image is not the one that has been requested (for example, if an image of a character A is uploaded, and you received custom shoes with a character B).
Any exchange or return will be requested within the first 3 days from the delivery of the product. It is essential to have the complete product (product and packaging) as it was delivered.
In Zurcir our priority is always our client, and we will make any reasonable effort within our reach to solve any problem.
Final clauses and changes to this policy
We can cancel the access to the page of any user, without cause or notice, which could result in the seizure and/or destruction of all the information associated with the account. All provisions that must survive cancellation will do so. This information will not be shared with any third party, it will only be done if we are obliged according to law, or if Zurcir suspects a risk of fraud, phishing, card cloning, or similar cases.
Zurcir reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The processing time takes us from 3 to 5 days since you place your order. Immediately after that we pack and ship them.
